Supreme Tracker Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy governs your use of the software application Supreme Tracker ("Application") for mobile devices, developed and operated by Supreme Tracker ("we", "us", or "our"). The Application is a GPS vehicle tracking solution designed to help users monitor the real-time location of their vehicles and assets.
We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable data protection legislation. By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Data Controller
The data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data is:
Supreme Tracker
Email: developmentmail10@gmail.com
2. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data under the following legal bases:
- Consent – You provide explicit consent when you register and enable location services.
- Contractual necessity – Processing is necessary to provide the vehicle tracking service you have requested.
- Legitimate interests – To maintain security, prevent fraud, and improve our services.
- Legal obligation – To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 User Provided Information
When you register for and use the Application, you may provide the following information:
- Account information – name, email address, username, password, and phone number.
- Vehicle information – vehicle registration number, make, model, and associated device identifiers.
- Transaction information – details related to subscription purchases or service payments.
- Support communications – information provided when you contact us for help or file a complaint.
- User-generated content – geofences, alerts, routes, and other configurations you create within the Application.
3.2 Automatically Collected Information
The Application may automatically collect the following data:
- Device information – device type, model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID), and mobile network information.
- Usage data – app interaction patterns, session duration, feature usage, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.
- Network information – IP address, mobile carrier, connection type (Wi-Fi, cellular), and signal strength.
- Browser information – type and version of mobile Internet browsers used within the Application.
3.3 Location Data
When you use the Application, we collect precise real-time GPS location data from your vehicle tracking device or mobile phone. This includes:
- GPS coordinates (latitude, longitude, altitude)
- Speed and heading/direction
- Timestamp of each location report
- Odometer and engine status (where supported by hardware)
- Satellite count and positioning accuracy
Location data is transmitted to our servers where it is stored and made accessible to you via your user account. We do not share your real-time location data with other users or third-party partners without your explicit consent.
If you do not want us to collect your location data, you may:
- Disable location services in your device settings.
- Disable location tracking within the Application settings.
- Disconnect or power off the vehicle tracking device.
3.4 Activity Recognition Data
The Application may use activity recognition to detect your current motion state (e.g., stationary, walking, driving). This is used solely to optimise location tracking frequency — for example, reducing GPS polling when the device is stationary to conserve battery. The detected activity type may be transmitted to the server alongside location data. No medical, fitness, or biometric data is collected.
3.5 Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Data
When enabled, the Application may use Bluetooth Low Energy to detect nearby iBeacon devices for asset tracking purposes. This includes collection of beacon identifiers (UUID, major, minor values). You can disable BLE beacon detection in the Application settings at any time.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Service delivery – To provide real-time vehicle tracking, geofence alerts, trip history, and fleet management features.
- Account management – To create and maintain your user account, authenticate your identity, and manage subscriptions.
- Communication – To send important service notifications, security alerts, and (with your consent) promotional communications.
- Service improvement – To analyse usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and improve Application performance.
- Safety and security – To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorised access, and other harmful activities.
- Legal compliance – To comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims.
5. Third-Party Disclosure
We may share your information with third parties only in the following circumstances:
- Legal requirements – As required by law, such as to comply with a court order, subpoena, or similar legal process.
- Protection of rights – When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- Service providers – With trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processors). These providers are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.
- Business transfers – In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. You will be notified via email or a prominent notice within the Application of any change in ownership.
